    All in all, very good hotel for sure. We just met minor issues which I guess are explaining the gap from the current 8.8 score and a perfect 10. 1) the water the cleaning staff is using to wash the floor in the morning doesn't smell very well. Guess it is because it is used to clean many rooms without exchange frequently and also used for the bathrooms.... 2) the free internet wasn't working most of the time. According to the assistant manager it was due to a busy line. If there is written free internet, the hardware has to be in place to support this offer. 3) the one ore other day the beach bag hasn't been renewed. We have waited for the cleaning staff to remind and to insist on new ones. 4) the staff at the front desk don't speak english good enough to manage and understand minor issues via phone. They say yes but don't act properly. 5) the water in the bathroom hasn't been refilled every day due the staff simply forgot. 6) I have put the location on good. By fact the water is amazing and the beach very nice but there are many constructions in place which we haven't been informed and therefore there was hammer noise every day during breakfast. Also the buildings around destroy the overall picture. 7) when we came in the lady at the front desk very well explained and reviewed the booking including price which I was very welcoming. But finally she asked for 500RMB service charge security. She couldn't explain what is inside. Finally we didn't pay. But I want to know before what is in it and the staff need to be able to explain. 8) the staff in the ocean chinese restaurant didn't speak english a word (they all can a bit russian), the meal wasn't very good and the worked slowly and unfriendly even there haven't been many clients at this time 9) the credit note you receive at the entry for the dinner in the hotel haven't been accepted without reason in the dining room.

    The hotel is just next to the beach, clean and has a marked area for swimming. The breakfast offers a great variety of East and West breakfast foods. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained.

    The location of the hotel was great! The private beach was peaceful and romantic. , the variety of pillows to choose from was a nice touch.

    Our romantic escape was ruined by the poor breakfast and the uncomfortable beds. The breakfast offered was unappetizing and lacked variety, leaving us disappointed.

    The breakfast buffet and room cleaning were amazing. the beach location and view of the ocean were breathtaking. the outdoor pool was spacious and I really enjoyed relaxing in it after a long day sightseeing.

    They really need to improve their reception service. They gave us a room that wasn't ready and I had to wait for it to be cleaned.

    The exclusive amenities provided by this hotel were exceptional. We were impressed with the health club and spa services they offered, particularly the luxurious massages we received. the staff showed excellent service as they catered to all of our needs.

    The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was the limited variety of food in the breakfast buffet. this is insignificant compared to the luxurious advantages they provided.

    The hotel location is superb, just steps away from a stunning private beach with crystal-clear water. the rooms boast comfortable beds and large bathrooms with great amenities. Enjoy the fantastic breakfast buffet and relax at the pools or at the on-site spa. Plus, the staff is friendly and eager to help with anything you need.

    Some guests do not respect the pool and beach area, leaving towels on the beds for hours and not using them.
